Our transactional real estate work includes the development of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, joint ventures, tax deferred exchanges and other participation arrangements. Prahl & McBride advise on the acquisition and disposition of all types of real estate, including raw land, entitled land, and income-producing properties such as apartments, condominiums, shopping centers and office buildings.

Our services include structuring and documenting all types of real estate acquisitions and sales including preparing and analyzing of commercial leases, ground leases and lease options; involvement with various aspects of condominium work including preparation of CC&Rs, drafting and analysis of easements; preparation of deeds of trust, notes, specialized forms of deeds of trust including all-inclusive deeds of trust, subordination and release provisions, title and escrow issues, subdivision work and the like.
